Recently the name Land of Liberte Realty, Inc. was used in contacting individual timeshare owners for both sales and rentals of their timeshare units. THIS IS A SCAM!
The name was taken from the States of Florida's Corporate Registry site from a Corporation closed in 2006.
LAND OF LIBERTE REALTY (no INC.) is a sister company of LIBERTE MANAGEMENT GROUP of the PINELLAS ISLANDS, INC.
The Owner/Broker, Dennis DiTinno and sales agent Jason Leeb, who were both noted in the scammer's procedure, have not contacted any owner nor do we charge an upfront fee for sales or rentals.
If you have been contacted by any of these individuals please contact the Florida States Attorney at 1-850-414-3990 / 1-866-966-7226 and the Division of Real Estate at 1-850-487-1395 to file a complaint. Then please contact our office at 1-800-libemgt or 727-360-2006 for confirmation and information.

A short note letting you know that the News Letter
for Fall of 2011 was very informative especially the
comments about Scams on Resale's of Timeshares,
I have gotten many flyers and phone calls regarding
this subject in the past month, when something sound
to good to be true the Red Flags pop up,
Plus all the other information was nice to know!

- Owners now there are Internal Exchanges posted, this is located under documents

Camelot by the Sea is developing a list of owners who would like to exchange
their week with another owner. If you are interested in an exchange, please
email the resort or call. It would then be up to the individual owners to
arrange the exchange once the information is provided.
